Rotator cuff injuries are common in active and sedentary individuals from over head or repetitive activities.

The Rotator Cuff consists of 5 muscles, the Supraspinatus, Infraspinatus, Subscapularis and Teres Minor.

Below is a few progressions of a simple rotator cuff exercise we use for early shoulder rehabilitation.
